2. Ce que ce site ne fait pas
Ce site n'utilise aucun cookie, aucun traceur, aucun outil de mesure d'audience ni de publicité, et ne contient aucun formulaire. Il ne charge aucune ressource depuis un service tiers : polices, images et scripts sont hébergés sur nos propres serveurs. Il n'enregistre rien dans votre navigateur. Aucun bandeau de consentement n'est donc nécessaire.
3. Données traitées lors de la consultation
Comme pour tout site internet, l'hébergeur enregistre automatiquement, dans des journaux de serveur, des données techniques : adresse IP, date et heure de l'accès, page consultée, type de navigateur et de système d'exploitation, page de provenance. Finalité : sécurité, détection des abus et bon fonctionnement technique du site. Ces journaux sont conservés par l'hébergeur pendant une durée limitée (de l'ordre de quelques jours à quelques semaines), puis supprimés. Nous ne les exploitons ni à des fins statistiques ni à des fins commerciales, et nous ne les recoupons avec aucune autre donnée.
4. Données que vous nous transmettez
Si vous nous écrivez par e-mail ou nous appelez, nous traitons les données que vous nous communiquez (nom, coordonnées, contenu de votre message) uniquement pour traiter votre demande et y répondre. Ces données sont conservées le temps nécessaire au traitement de votre demande et, le cas échéant, de la relation d'affaires qui en découle, puis selon les obligations légales de conservation (en principe dix ans pour la correspondance commerciale, art. 958f CO).
5. Destinataires et communication à l'étranger
Vos données ne sont ni vendues ni transmises à des tiers. Seul notre hébergeur, Infomaniak Network SA (Suisse), y a techniquement accès en qualité de sous-traitant lié par contrat. Aucune donnée n'est communiquée à l'étranger.
6. Vos droits
Vous pouvez à tout moment demander l'accès à vos données (art. 25 LPD), leur rectification (art. 32 LPD), leur effacement, vous opposer à leur traitement ou en demander la remise ou la transmission (art. 28 LPD). Adressez votre demande à ppe@majordomeservices.ch ou par courrier à l'adresse ci-dessus ; un justificatif d'identité pourra vous être demandé. Vous pouvez également vous adresser au Préposé fédéral à la protection des données et à la transparence (PFPDT), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Berne.
7. Sécurité
La connexion au site est chiffrée (HTTPS). Le site est statique : il ne dispose d'aucune base de données et n'exécute aucun traitement côté serveur.

2. What this website does not do
This website uses no cookies, no trackers, no audience measurement or advertising tools, and contains no forms. It loads no resources from third-party services: fonts, images and scripts are hosted on our own servers. It stores nothing in your browser. No consent banner is therefore required.
3. Data processed when you visit
As with any website, the hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system type, referring page. Purpose: security, abuse detection and proper technical operation of the site. These logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period (in the order of a few days to a few weeks) and then deleted. We do not use them for statistical or commercial purposes and do not combine them with any other data.
4. Data you send us
If you write to us by email or call us, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your message) solely to handle and answer your request. This data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and, where applicable, the resulting business relationship, and thereafter in accordance with statutory retention obligations (in principle ten years for business correspondence, art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
5. Recipients and disclosure abroad
Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. Only our hosting provider, Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland), has technical access to it as a contractually bound processor. No data is disclosed abroad.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data (art. 25 FADP), its rectification (art. 32 FADP), its deletion, object to its processing, or request its release or transfer (art. 28 FADP). Send your request to ppe@majordomeservices.ch or by post to the address above; proof of identity may be requested. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern.

The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). The site is static: it has no database and performs no server-side processing.

Diese Website verwendet keine Cookies, keine Tracker, keine Werkzeuge zur Reichweitenmessung oder Werbung und enthält keine Formulare. Sie lädt keine Ressourcen von Drittanbietern: Schriften, Bilder und Skripte liegen auf unseren eigenen Servern. Sie speichert nichts in Ihrem Browser. Ein Einwilligungsbanner ist daher nicht erforderlich.
3. Beim Besuch bearbeitete Daten
Wie bei jeder Website zeichnet der Hosting-Anbieter automatisch technische Daten in Server-Logdateien auf: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, aufgerufene Seite, Browser- und Betriebssystemtyp, verweisende Seite. Zweck: Sicherheit, Erkennung von Missbrauch und einwandfreier technischer Betrieb der Website. Diese Logdateien werden vom Hosting-Anbieter während einer begrenzten Dauer (in der Grössenordnung von einigen Tagen bis einigen Wochen) aufbewahrt und anschliessend gelöscht. Wir werten sie weder statistisch noch kommerziell aus und verknüpfen sie mit keinen anderen Daten.
4. Daten, die Sie uns übermitteln
Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail schreiben oder anrufen, bearbeiten wir die von Ihnen mitgeteilten Daten (Name, Kontaktangaben, Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht) ausschliesslich zur Bearbeitung und Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage. Diese Daten werden so lange aufbewahrt, wie es für die Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage und gegebenenfalls der daraus entstehenden Geschäftsbeziehung erforderlich ist, und danach gemäss den gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten (in der Regel zehn Jahre für Geschäftskorrespondenz, Art. 958f OR).

Ihre Daten werden weder verkauft noch an Dritte weitergegeben. Einzig unser Hosting-Anbieter, Infomaniak Network SA (Schweiz), hat als vertraglich gebundener Auftragsbearbeiter technischen Zugriff darauf. Es findet keine Bekanntgabe ins Ausland statt.

Sie können jederzeit Auskunft über Ihre Daten verlangen (Art. 25 DSG), deren Berichtigung (Art. 32 DSG) oder Löschung verlangen, der Bearbeitung widersprechen oder deren Herausgabe oder Übertragung verlangen (Art. 28 DSG).
